Solving Anger with MORE Anger!

When life turns into a goblin fight

Have you ever felt like you’re one small inconvenience away from flipping a table?
Yeah, that was me a few weeks ago.

Everything annoyed me. My laptop lagged, I spilled my coffee, and apparently, my sighing was so intense that my spouse declared me irritatingly cranky. Fair.

And then, by some cosmic coincidence (or, algorithm), I came across a game called Teeny Tusslers. It’s about a bunch of tiny goblins who get angry at literally anything. A shiny rock. A bad mood. A stare. You name it. It felt oddly personal…

In the game, you lead a squad of goblins, trying to keep your short-tempered squad from completely losing it while fighting over that same useless piece of rock. You negotiate, plan, and hope your goblins don’t quit on you halfway through. It’s chaotic, smart, and a perfect mirror to how life feels sometimes when nothing goes right, yet you still push through.

R&R (replayable, relatable)

Maybe that’s what I loved most about it. Beneath all the laughter and chaos, it reminded me that frustration can be funny, that we can channel it into something creative. And that’s exactly what Curry, the designer, did.

He poured a piece of himself into Teeny Tusslers, and it shows. The art, the mechanics, the tiny printable hook box that ties it all together; every bit of it screams passion!

The Kickstarter is still live, though it hasn’t reached its goal yet. Only 6 days remain, and honestly, I wish more people saw what I see in it. If you can, give it a look. Back it if it clicks with you. Small projects like these deserve a bit more light.

For behind every quirky little goblin fight, there’s someone who believed in their story enough to make it real!
